Sinopse:
Matt Kirby (Terence Hill) e Wilbur Walsh (Bud Spencer) são dois vigaristas e trapaceiros que, após uma série de desventuras e eventos improváveis, se veem obrigados a trabalhar em conjunto com as forças policiais de Miami. Eles começam em turnos tranquilos como patrulheiros das ruas da cidade, mas logo acabam tendo que enfrentar o poderio das gangues locais.
