Sinopse:
Em 1944, perto de Nancy, um coronel alemão é capturado pelo tenente americano Kelly. Ao descobrir que seu prisioneiro possui duas barras de ouro, ele o submete a um interrogatório, no qual a vítima faz uma incrível revelação: em um banco a cerca de 40 quilômetros da linha de frente, os alemães têm um tesouro de 16 milhões de dólares. Kelly está determinado a pegar o ouro e planeja, junto com alguns de seus colegas soldados, se infiltrar no território inimigo e roubar o tesouro.
